Our homes are all situated just one block from the bay, in the quiet bayside neighborhood of North Cape May, as known as Cape May Beach.
Our neighborhood boasts its free secluded beaches and amazing cotton candy and red-sky sunsets every night. It is one of the only neighborhoods on the east coast where you can see sunsets.
Head down to the bay with your little ones, to build a sand castle and enjoy the calm waves of the bay. Get active on your kayaks, or on a run along our paved waterfront sidewalks. Relax in an oversized raft or soak up the sun with your toes in the sand. Just be sure to keep an eye out for the whales and schools of dolphins who frequent our bay almost daily!
Our neighborhood also has a shared neighborhood pool, two waterfront beach bar restaurants, a grocery store, mini golf with ice-cream, and multiple restaurant options. It is just minutes from the hustle and bustle of Victorian Cape May city center, Beach Plum Farm, the Cape May Zoo, and award winning Wineries in every direction.
